The Town of Sharon looks like a typical New England town. With a population of 17,500, it is comprised of a highly educated, residential area with a beautiful landscape. People move to Sharon for the school system and for its natural beauty. Sharon is located between Boston, MA and Providence, RI. The Sharon Police Department is made up of 31 full time Police Officers, several Special Police officers, and 6 civilian Dispatchers.

The Sharon PD seeks qualified candidates for the role of Police Officer. They are currently looking to fill (2) two immediate openings, and an anticipated 2-4 positions within the next year. The Department offers a competitive salary and benefits package:
